Watching TV and exercise for children

The children in Britain spend 20 hours watching television. The hours of watching television are more than the hours of exercise. They don’t have a healthy life and they will have many problems in future.

In my country it’s different from Britain. The children in the UAE spend 8 hours per week watching television. They exercise for 7 hours per week in many sports and games. The most exercise they like is playing games in the house. They have many traditional games that they like to play at home and in the school. The children also do some exercise like running and playing football. They enjoy also doing some housework with their mothers. The girls in my country like to cook meals with their mothers and they spend more of their time with their mothers than the boys. In the UAE the families have different plans for summer and winter. In summer the children go to the club and in winter they go to the parks and travelling. The children watch TV in free time or at the weekend. They watch very good programs like teaching programs and cartoons.

The children in the UAE are not the same. Some of the families don’t manage the time for their children. The families must manage the time for their children by watching television and exercising. It will be very good if they watch TV for 7 hours per week. They also can exercise in many sports like walking, playing football and cycling. Dancing is the best exercise for the children, who spend more time watching TV. The parents can exercise with their children and by themselves. They can exercise for 9 hours per week in the club or at home. The school has some responsibility to have more classes to do more exercises. The schools must find the best exercise for the children.

In conclusion, every country has their lifestyle but they must take care of their children to have a good future and health.

  1. This is such an important issue. Exercise is very good, but most important is diet. We must ensure our children do not eat sugar.
